Parisian creative platform Surface2Air are curating an upcoming exhibition in Paris based on photographs taken of the 80′s embodying that all too iconic football casual aesthetic.

Without a doubt, any sort of sartorial style associated with football has been lambasted in recent years but this is hopefully a throwback to the glory days of smart fits and even smarter sneakers. As mentioned, it’s a Paris showing that will take place between June 25 and 26 (with an opening on the 25th at 6pm). But who knows maybe it will pick up steam globally and end up teaching the current crop a thing or two.
