Sure, some of it is based on money, but each player has his own particular needs when it comes to style and function. Unfortunately, wearing the same boots as Lionel Messi won’t turn you into Lionel Messi, but it might give you the added bit of confidence you need to score the game-winner in your Sunday league match.
