Happy Neymar could be the face of this year’s Carnival, but all I can think about is how creepy these things look when there’s no one wearing them. An opportunistic factory in Sao Goncalo is producing these hideous masks, banking on the idea that thousands of Brazilians would just love to hit the streets looking like a 13-year old boy. Wait, that didn’t sound right. You know what I mean.
It’s like someone decided to flay the face off of an army of Neymar clones in the future, then sent them back in time for Brazilian people to wear. Yup, it’s exactly like that.
