You spend every weekend cursing them until your face fills up with blood, because they never ever treat your team fairly or get a call right. Fair enough. But if you want to have some small inkling of what it takes to be a referee, how difficult the job can be, and why no one should ever want to be a referee ever, play Football Referee. It’s like real refereeing the same way Call of Duty is like real war, but you do get to hand out red cards and it will kill 5 minutes of your day.
