D.C. has used the tagline “Nobody Likes New York. Nobody.” before, but never in such an obviously hypocritical manner. To push tickets for their game this Sunday against their hated rivals, D.C. understandably used their star player, reigning MLS MVP Dwayne De Rosario, and their ”Nobody Likes New York. Nobody” tagline. And then they ruined it by making NY star Thierry Henry way more prominent than DeRo. Nice job breaking it, hero.
