Back when I purchased the newspaper on a regular basis, my order for reading it went like this: SPORTS – COMICS – EVERYTHING ELSE. Because sports are the most important thing, and laughing at illustrated cats was second. I might have to start reading them again (maybe online – it is 2012) if they’re going to work in soccer jokes on a regular basis. As targets go, Liverpool is pretty obvious, and Get Fuzzy is a Boston-based strip. Maybe even Liverpool fans will find it funny (but probably not). Blame John Henry.
